Sean Scheidt trained as a painter before picking up a camera, combining photographic elements into his paintings until they became the prominent feature. Sean believes “in making photographs not just taking a photograph; creating a stage for a more accurate rendering of ideas. Relationships are essential. An image is not only a dialogue between itself and a viewer, but a conversation between the photographer and subject. That’s why I insist on upbeat and light-hearted shoots. I find they work best towards creating the shots you need.”
