I can’t remember the last time I saw an editorial with Cameron that I liked, but in this one she is one sexy bitch. She has a Courtney Love meets Marilyn Monroe with a touch of Madonna mixed in for kicks thing going on here. I almost want to be beaten up by her now. You bet this is TPL fav’d.

I recently became interested in Alas & Piggott’s works after having read an article on their fabulous work. I’m not sure what to make of these. I don’t hate them, but I can’t say I love them either. Will check your blog for more stuff.

Anytime you get a celeb with cool styling/hr/mkup you can pretty much fart the lighting and everyone will think it’s good. Although, with celebs there are usually huge time restraints so you have to simplify the lighting. Not sure what the case was here but I think the subject is the photography. Personally prefer to put the photography first and then the subject goes to 11 automatically.
